Hi there, I’m Sonya

I believe that we learn the most when we learn from each other.

For much of my life by now I have studied yoga and meditation - always curious to learn how to live in balance. My first contact with meditation was as a child, when I regularly visited the temple of a Tibetan lama in Italy with my mother. Towards the end of my teenage years, I began practicing Yoga asana because I wanted to move and bend with energy.

Over the years, I wanted to know more and more - which led me to teach Yoga and mindfulness in 2018. In my practice and teaching I combine knowledge and creativity - incorporating different aspects and elements to inspire and nourish body, mind and heart.

The joy of my life is my family and my little son. I’m also co-leading the People and Organizational Development department in a hospitality company, where I have the honor to collaborate with many different people everyday, working towards a more humane and mindful world.
